What's new

Here's what we shipped the week of February 25 – March 2, 2026.

We've been busy making your community experience smoother: easier access requests, clearer navigation, messaging between members, and a better inbox. Read on for the highlights.

✨ New & improved

  • πŸ” Request access to your community β€” You can now request access from the community site. Submit your info and we'll send it to your admins. You'll see whether your request is pending, approved, or declined right in the header.

  • 🏠 Find your address faster β€” When requesting access, you can search and select your property instead of typing it all out. We've added more address fields so your request is accurate the first time.

  • 🧭 Know where you are β€” The main community menu now highlights the section you're in (Announcements, Documents, Inbox, etc.) so it's easier to get around.

  • πŸ’¬ Message other members β€” A new inbox lets you have conversations with other community members. Open it from the sidebar and see all your threads in one place.

  • πŸ“₯ A better inbox β€” The inbox has a cleaner layout with panels you can show or hide. You can connect your Gmail account from settings and see your connection status in the sidebar.

  • πŸ“¬ Smarter email β€” Email threads are easier to follow, and you can tie emails to tickets and filter your inbox so the right messages surface first.

  • πŸ’³ Subscriptions & pricing β€” Where enabled, you can view pricing, pick a plan, and manage your subscription. A dedicated success page confirms when you're all set.

  • 🏘️ More on the community page β€” Announcements, documents, and dues payment (including QR codes) are front and center. Admins get clearer tools to manage people, properties, tickets, and content.

  • βœ‰οΈ Invitations β€” When someone invites you to a community, you can accept or decline from the link in your email. Your choice is saved and reflected right away.

  • πŸ‘€ Your profile, your community β€” Your profile now loads with the correct community context so your name and details show up properly everywhere.

πŸ› Fixes

  • πŸ“± Panels on phones β€” Slide-out panels (like the inbox) now look consistent and read better on mobile.

  • πŸ”§ Fewer glitches β€” We fixed some behind-the-scenes issues so requests and redirects behave more reliably.

πŸš€ Under the hood

We've improved performance, tightened security (including better protection against automated abuse), and upgraded our analytics so we can keep making ManySQ faster and more useful for you.
