ManySQ ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") operates the ManySQ service (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard personal information. By using the Service, you agree to these practices. If not, do not use it.

We comply with applicable laws, including the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA) (effective July 1, 2024).

1. Information We Collect

  • Account/Contact: Name, email, username, hashed password, payment info (via processors).
  • Usage/Technical: IP, browser, device, access times, features used.
  • User Data/Content: Data you upload or generate.
  • Communication: Support messages.

No intentional collection of sensitive data unless you provide it.

2. How We Collect

Directly from you, automatically (logs, cookies/analytics), and third parties (processors).

3. How We Use

Provide/improve Service, billing, communication, fraud prevention, legal compliance. No sale of personal data or sharing for targeted advertising.

4. Sharing/Disclosure

With service providers (contract-bound), business transfers, and legal requirements. Aggregated/anonymized data only. No sale/sharing for cross-context ads.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Retain as needed or by law. Soft-delete on termination/request; permanent after 30–90 days typically. Request deletion via account settings or privacy@manysq.com (verifiable; we respond per law, e.g., TDPSA timelines).

6. Data Export

Request export anytime via support@manysq.com or privacy@manysq.com. Machine-readable format (e.g., CSV/JSON), reasonable timeframe.

7. Security

Reasonable safeguards per industry standards and TDPSA. No absolute guarantee. You are responsible for securing your account credentials. Breach notification per law (e.g., Texas breach rules).

8. Your Privacy Rights (Including TDPSA)

Texas residents (and others where applicable) may:

  • Access, correct, delete personal data.
  • Opt-out of targeted advertising/profiling/sale (we do not engage in these; mechanism provided if practices change).
  • Know categories/sources/uses.
  • Non-discrimination for rights exercise.

For sensitive data (if processed), we obtain consent where required by TDPSA. Submit verifiable requests to privacy@manysq.com. We respond timely (e.g., TDPSA allows reasonable period).

No response to Do Not Track signals.

9. Children's Privacy

Not for under 18 (nor under 13). No knowing collection from children.

10. International Transfers

Hosted in the US; transfers to the US may occur.

11. Changes

Material changes notified. Continued use = acceptance.
